So bummed. I spent a good 3 hours a few months ago trying to cop Tix for @rageagainstthemachine and @runthejewels at Oracle and went through every emotion trying to secure tickets for a band I’ve wanted to see for 20 years. That show was supposed to take place tonight. ⁣

My buddy @rodezapata and I both hopped on @ticketmaster when the tickets dropped – he was at home and I was teaching a class and we both waited HOURS to secure the Tix. I told my students – “I’m going to be glued here to my desk for a bit but please come over to me if you need help.” Roddy was able to get us some nosebleeds and we both agreed I should wait in line to see if I could get us some better tickets (ie: standing room only). Right about the time I was set to give up – they opened up a second date – two days from later and I swiftly copped some standing room only tickets. We couldn’t have been happier.⁣
