Tell me what you know about this model here. The Nike Air Rejuven8. Back before I had kids – the wife and I travelled. A LOT. We spent about 3 months in Eastern and Southeast Asia. We spent a month or so in Africa. And another two months in Europe. We’ve traveled to probably 25+ countries together and have gone through the ups and downs of travel. Whenever we’d go traveling, I would always plan for the worst…and…the worst for me – unnecessary heat and humidity. I first picked these up in 2007 or 2008 at the Footaction in New York on 34th street for something like $30. And I bought them with the sole purpose of traveling in. The ventilation on them is top notch and the sole is thick enough to go hundreds of miles with a 50 pound backpack on your shoulders. However; after our travels… I sold my pair. We haven’t traveled in the past 8 years (kids smh) and I just didn’t wear them enough to justify them sitting in the bottom of my closet. ⁣

⁣A couple of weeks ago I saw a pair very randomly (it was in the background of someones random post) and decided to go looking for a pair and found this one. This particular pair is a sample – I think it’s unreleased – that I got for dumb cheap on the ‘bay just a couple of weeks ago and it has this nice little #lakers colorway. They’re in a bit worse shape than I was hoping for, but they’ll do. ⁣

The last pair of these I owned – black with a multicolored splatter midsole – is currently listed at $214.99 on the ‘bay. Good luck with that. ⁣
