(2/4)…continued: A couple of years ago, I had heard about GOAT and took a look at their app. I felt like they weren’t adding anything new to the marketplace, except a snazzy new UI, so didn’t spend all that much time on it. And then I read they were going to start selling used, and I thought ‘The Sneaker Savant’ and ‘Shoemetrics’ would be great for GOAT. So I created some pitch material and made several attempts to contact the leadership team at GOAT. I spoke with a number of customer service employees. No response. I found a few addresses and mailed out my physical materials. No response. I went to twitter and reached out to the owners and development team. No response. I looked for them on IG and want to say I reached out to some on LinkedIn…nothing. So I thought…maybe I’ll just sell a few pairs of shoes on their platform and include my materials in the package and hopefully someone will reach out. So I did that and…nothing. I applied for several jobs. No response. No response. No response. The is a pic of one of the workflow samples that I sent them (granted, it’s comic sans lol).
